Token statuses

Code	Final	Description
ACTIVE	N	The token is active and can be detokenized.
REDIRECT	N	The token has not been created yet. We are still waiting for the customer to visit the provided redirect_url and enter the required details.
CANCELLED	Y	The token has been cancelled and cannot be detokenized anymore.
EXPIRED	Y	The token is expired and cannot be detokenized anymore.
NOT_DETOKENIZABLE	Y	The token is not detokenizable due to the payment method not supporting detokenization.
TIMED_OUT	Y	The token has been cancelled because no card details were provided before the accept_until parameter date.

Mandate statuses

Code	Final	Description
ACTIVE	N	The mandate is active which means the token can be used to process new payments.
FAILED	Y	The mandate is failed and cannot be used to make further payments.
CANCELLED	Y	The mandate has been manually cancelled and cannot be used to make further payments.
ENDED	Y	The mandate has ended and cannot be used to make further payments.
EXPIRED	Y	The mandate is expired and cannot be used to make further payments.
ERROR	Y	An error occured whilst trying to create the mandate.
TIMED_OUT	Y	The token has been cancelled because no card details were provided before the accept_until parameter date.
NOT_REQUESTED	N	The mandate was not requested, therefore it was not created.

Payment statuses

Code	Final	Description
OPEN	N	The user needs to be sent to the given redirect url to complete the payment. This is the status the payment will be in after the initial request using our hosted payment pages, or when a server-2-server payment requires a third party verification (e.g. Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode)
SUCCESS	Y	The payment has been completed successfully
FAILED	Y	The payment has been refused. The response will come with a failure_category property that will provide you with more details about the failure whenever this is possible
CANCELLED	Y	The payment attempt has been cancelled by the user
AUTHORIZED	N	When doing a 2-step payment (preauthorization followed by a confirmation), this is the status the payment will be in after the authorization has taken place. It can now be confirmed (which willo pass the payment to SUCCESS) or voided
VOIDED	Y	Cancellation of an AUTHORIZED payment. This will release the money to the card
WAITING	N	This means we are waiting for an external action in order to know about the payment status. Some payment methods are processed asynchronously or require the user to take some actions (like printing and sending a form) to complete the payment. You will know about the final status of the operation by receiving a payment notification
ERROR	Y	An error occured while processing the payment
TIMED_OUT	Y	The token has been cancelled because no card details were provided before the accept_until parameter date.
EXPIRED	Y	The authorized payment has expired because it was not captured or voided.

Refund statuses

Code	Final	Description
SUCCESS	Y	The refund has been completed successfully
FAILED	Y	The refund has been refused.
WAITING	N	This means we are waiting for an external action in order to know about the refund status. Some refund methods are processed asynchronously or require the user to take some actions (like printing and sending a form) to complete the refund.
ERROR	Y	An error occured while processing the refund

Chargeback statuses

SUCCESS	Y	The chargeback has been imported and applied successfully

Creditcard validation statuses

Code	Final	Description
NOT_VALIDATED	Y	The creditcard has not been validated
VALID	Y	The creditcard has been successfully validated
INVALID	Y	The creditcard validation failed
NOT_SUPPORTED	Y	Our system has not been able to validate this card (the card scheme could be not supported, the validation could only be made using 3DS verification, ...)
ERROR	N	An error occured while attempting the card validation

Creditcard invalid reasons

HARD_DECLINE	Y	Validation failed because the card is flagged as lost or stolen
SOFT_DECLINE	Y	Validation failed because it has been declined by the aquiring bank, mostly due to exceeding card limits or invalid card holder details.
INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS	Y	We attempted to validate the card but the validation failed because of insufficient funds
SCHEME_NOT_SUPPORTED	Y	Validation failed because the scheme is not supported
PREPAID_NOT_SUPPORTED	Y	Validation failed because prepaid cards are not supported
BIN_NOT_SUPPORTED	Y	Valiation failed because the card’s bin is not supported
